You absolutely can and we provide all of these services too. By moving directly to engage these professional services, the cost will be more significant upfront. Paying for these services before you know what is actually possible on your land is "putting the cart before the horse"

  • Can you help with a builder too?

Yes! We have a network of builders that we work with regularly. Because we do all the groundwork, we can source quotes efficiently and with accuracy. By going direct to a builder from the start, you expose yourself to unexpected costs after you're already well and truly committed to them. We help you avoid this!

  • What if your report says that I cannot build what I want?

Whilst we understand that this can be frustrating, it's far better to know this now and only be out of pocket $197, than it is to be thousands!

  • Does your report guarantee that council will approve my project?

Nobody can be 100% certain until the relevant planning submissions and permits have been approved. Councils and surveyors may request modifications or RFI's (request for further information) before a project may be approved or denied. If your assessment is positive, there are no obvious constraints that would prevent your project from proceeding—subject to formal approvals
